What is Sold at the Tax Sale?

Several things are offered at the tax sale.

First, any land or fixed buildings (real property)on which any part of the taxes aren't paid.

Second, land subject to SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS on which the taxes aren't paid in full.

Personal property (mobile homes, commercial furniture, etc.) is not sold at the sale.
