FEE EXEMPTIONS
The County Assessor's Office administrates a program by which an honorably discharged veteran may receive 3,000 valuation points per year to apply towards property taxes or license plates.

3,000 valuation points translates into $90.00 per year for license plates. The 3,000 valuation points can translate into more money saved for property taxes depending on the mill levies. Please contact the County Assessor's Officefor any questions about enrolling or advice on applying to either vehicles or property taxes.

There is also an exemption for people who are deemed as more than 50% disabled through the Veteran's Administration. People with that designation can provide a copy of their statement from the V.A. and claim a full exemption on one vehicle registered in Wyoming with our Disabled Vet Plates.

Please call for more information about the Disabled Veteran's exemption.
